The arrival of FOUR SEASONS hotel chain reinforces Marbella’s luxury resort status. With an investment of 600 million € the brand launches the development of its second project in Spain, following the start of construction of its first hotel in Madrid.
Marbella’s unprecedented high luxury resort will be located on a unique plot owned by Villa Padierna Group, which led by chairman Ricardo Arranz has teamed up with Four Season’s development and Belgian developers Immobel for the development of this new and exclusive beach side resort, to be build on a 300.000 m2 land extension extended on both sides of the A7 connecting the beachfront and the north side of the resort with a project specific tunnel under the coastal road.
Apart from participating in the management of the hotel, Four Seasons will also brand the entire development, which will include private residences and villas in addition to the hotel. The complex also comprises venues and restaurants operated by international brands, which will make their debuts in Spain with this project.
The hotel is planned to offer accommodation within a total of 120 rooms and suites as well 3 villas and 27 apartments that are allocated to private ownership. An additional 170 units including villas, townhouses and apartments will configure the rest of the development grounds, with a price range of €2,000,000 to €7,000,000.
A village-like group of six or seven restaurants will be built on the complex, as well as a private beach club and restaurant for the hotel guests and residence owners on the eastern side of the 720 linear metres of beach front area. A public beach club and restaurant will be constructed on the western side of the site taking Marbella beach luxury to a new, world-class level.
